DESCRIPTION:The most anticipated GYP party of the year.\nTHEYPARTY celebrating 35 Under 35 is the signature Gwinnett Young Professionals (GYP) event of the year. This grand celebration features 35 Under 35\, an awards program that identifies and celebrates the promise of our emerging business leaders who have connected\, grown\, and impacted our community. Hosted by Gwinnett’s own\, Courtney Spencer\, this event will give young professionals the opportunity to celebrate the GYP program while dancing the night away.  \nWhen: Thursday\, June 17\, 2021 @ 6:30 p.m. \nWhere: The Grand Ivy Point \nWho’s invited: Anyone who believes in GYP’s mission to engage and empower young professionals through community\, professional\, and social opportunities. \nWhat to expect: A high-energy party celebrating the mission behind GYP and the thriving young professionals in our community. \nWhat to bring: \n\nYour business cards (to network with Gwinnett’s top young professionals)\nYour best dance moves\nYour friends and colleagues\nA party attitude!\n\n\n35 Under 35 – Awards Program \nDuring THEYPARTY\, we will announce Gwinnett’s top 35 young professionals\, one of which will be recognized as GYP’s Young Professional of the Year. This prized individual will receive access to a myriad of opportunities\, including one year of free admission to all GYP Connect\, Grow\, and Impact events\, a designated GYP of the Year parking spot at the Gwinnett Chamber\, and an invitation to serve on the GYP Advisory Board. \nApplications for 35 Under 35 are now closed. \nTo see a list of finalists for this year’s 35 Under 35 award\, click here. The 35 recipients of the award will be announced live at the event. \n\nRaffle benefitting The Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation\nUpon arrival to the event\, guests will have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets and win BIG prizes! All proceeds from the raffle will be going directly to the GCPS Foundation. \nWe will be raffling off three packages during the event.  \nHealth & Wellness Package – includes spa treatments and other health & wellness items. \nDate Night Package – includes tickets to various event experiences in Gwinnett as well as restaurant gift cards. \nSports Package – includes tickets to various sporting events and other outdoor adventures. \n*raffle tickets can be purchased at the event through the DipJars provided by the GCPS Foundation.
