Jasmine Billings

Jasmine Billings was born and raised here in Gwinnett County. She is a vibrant, intentional community builder who is passionate about growth in the community through building relationships, developing partnerships, and supporting youth advocacy. Serving as the Community Development Manager for the City of Lawrenceville, she is experienced in Event Management, and Business Engagement, and is passionate about Community Outreach. Through connectivity and shared experiences, her drive is to educate and engage with youth and create awareness through workforce development. In addition to her role at the City of Lawrenceville, she also serves on a variety of advisory boards including Gwinnett Young Professionals, Gwinnett United in Drug Education (GUIDE), and Impact 46.
