During this GYP event, we picked up the conversation that began at the Gwinnett Chamber’s DE&I Summit and we dove deeper into the diverse experiences of young professionals in the workplace. The event featured a panel including Porter Steel Vice President – Cole Porter, Founder of Excel Leadership – Janelle King, Founder of The Kam Phillips Group – Kam Phillips, Gwinnett County Community Engagement Manager – Nury Castro, and moderated by City of Lawrenceville Community Manager – Jasmine Billings and Atlanta Gladiators Director of Ticket Sales – Tommy Easley.

About GYP
Established in 2015, Gwinnett Young Professionals (GYP) was created by the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce as an initiative to champion young professionals. We envision GYP to be the leading advocate and innovative resource for young professionals to connect, grow, and make an impact. GYP is designed for individuals, ages 21 to 35, who are living and/or working in Gwinnett. There are no membership fees/dues to participate. Getting involved with GYP is as simple as attending an event!
