Pipeline

Pipeline is a career and future development program where you mentor and develop mid and high school students to find the pathway to their dreams and to being great workers. Pipeline volunteers commit to mentoring two to three mentees for at least one semester. Mentors (volunteers) and mentees meet two Saturdays a month: one for a group session with all mentors and mentees where mentors are meeting with mentees to talk through their career goals and work on developmental activities for their futures.
