THEYPARTY celebrating 35 Under 35 is the signature Gwinnett Young Professionals (GYP) event of the year. This grand celebration features 35 Under 35, an awards program that identifies and celebrates the promise of our emerging business leaders who have connected, grown, and impacted our community. Hosted by Gwinnett’s own, Courtney Spencer, this event will give young professionals the opportunity to celebrate the GYP program while dancing the night away.
When: Thursday, June 17, 2021 @ 6:30 p.m.
Where: The Grand Ivy Point
Who’s invited: Anyone who believes in GYP’s mission to engage and empower young professionals through community, professional, and social opportunities.
What to expect: A high-energy party celebrating the mission behind GYP and the thriving young professionals in our community.

35 Under 35 – Awards Program
During THEYPARTY, we will announce Gwinnett’s top 35 young professionals, one of which will be recognized as GYP’s Young Professional of the Year. This prized individual will receive access to a myriad of opportunities, including one year of free admission to all GYP Connect, Grow, and Impact events, a designated GYP of the Year parking spot at the Gwinnett Chamber, and an invitation to serve on the GYP Advisory Board.

Raffle benefitting The Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation
Upon arrival to the event, guests will have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets and win BIG prizes! All proceeds from the raffle will be going directly to the GCPS Foundation.
We will be raffling off three packages during the event.
Health & Wellness Package – includes spa treatments and other health & wellness items.
Date Night Package – includes tickets to various event experiences in Gwinnett as well as restaurant gift cards.
Sports Package – includes tickets to various sporting events and other outdoor adventures.
*raffle tickets can be purchased at the event through the DipJars provided by the GCPS Foundation. We will not be accepting cash, only credit cards.
Event Schedule
6:15 p.m. – Doors open / networking / drinks & appetizers
6:30 p.m. – Welcome
7:00 p.m. – Spoken word piece delivered by Valyn Turner
7:15 p.m. – Dance floor opens
35 Under 35 award winners will be announced periodically throughout the evening
9:00 p.m. – GYP of the Year recipient announced / Raffle Winners Announced
9:30 p.m. – Event ends
Admission Tickets
Early Bird Registration – $50 (ends April 1)
Standard Registration – $75
Each admission ticket includes hors d’oeuvres and three drink tickets.
