What is Journey? The Journey Leadership Program is a one-of-a-kind, business leadership program for young professionals that combines the expertise of Gwinnett’s top leadership and development organizations into one cohesive program. Through a series of unique workshops, networking, and “crew” meetings, participants will grow and cultivate their current skills and knowledge to take their leadership to the next level. The duration of the program is nine months, beginning each year in August and concluding in April.
